When you choose to upload a photo, that image may contain faces. This app processes only the images you provide. “Face data” refers to visual information in those images such as facial features (eyes, nose, mouth location) that may be present in the images.
We do not collect, extract, analyze, retain, or store biometric identifiers — such as face geometry, facial landmark measurements, or any data used for identification or authentication.
Uploaded images and any face-related visual information contained within them are used only to provide the AI-powered image generation and enhancement features you request.

Uploaded images may be securely transmitted to third-party AI service providers strictly to process your request. These third-party processors are contractually prohibited from using image or face data for any other purpose.
We do not sell, rent, or share face or image data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Uploaded images and generated results are retained only for the period necessary to complete the requested image creation or enhancement. This information is automatically deleted soon after processing unless you explicitly choose to save the generated image.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user images and data against unauthorized access or disclosure.
You retain full control over your uploaded images and generated content. You may delete saved images at any time from within the app.
Utopia AI is not designed for use by children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as we improve our services. Any changes will be published with an updated revision date.
